CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Anadolu Akvaryum ve Pet Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) respects your privacy and attaches importance to your data security. In this context, this text has been prepared in order to inform and enlighten you within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”, “KVKK”) and other relevant legislation. Your personal data is processed by our Company in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation within the scope of this Clarification Text.

As Anadolu Akvaryum ve Pet Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which is registered with Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate with the registration number 254205 as the data controller and operates at Büyükbakkalköy Mahallesi Samandıra Yolu Sokak No: 30 Maltepe / Istanbul, we hereby inform you that we process your personal data in accordance with KVKK.
The Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with one or more of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK or in accordance with the personal data processing principles specified in Article 4 of the KVKK and the obligations sought in the relevant legislation based on your explicit consent. Our purposes for processing your personal data;
- To provide you with the Company's products and services, to fulfill our obligations to you, to organize records and documents, to comply with the information retention, reporting, information, tax and other obligations stipulated by the legal legislation,

- To fulfill our obligations arising from the KVKK and to exercise our rights arising from the legislation,
purposes and for similar purposes including but not limited to these, and your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
To whom and for what purpose your personal data may be transferred
Your personal data collected, in order to fulfill the purposes described in Article 2 of this Clarification Text, within the scope of KVKK and the relevant legislation and for the purposes stated above;

- Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,
- Third parties we consult, including lawyers, tax advisors and auditors

personal data may be transferred to other third parties in order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed and transferred by the Company by automatic or non-automatic means for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text within the scope of the performance of the contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, the legal obligation of the data controller, the explicit consent of the data subjects, and the publicization of the data by the data subject himself/herself within the scope of the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Your personal data can be collected by automated or non-automated methods from all kinds of written, verbal, electronic media such as other institutions that we provide / receive support services and real and / or legal persons with whom transactions are made within the scope of any legislation or contract, physical locations, our website, our telephone line, and stored in physical and digital media.
Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose requiring its processing according to Art. 7/f.1. of Law No. 6098 disappears or when the statute of limitations/retention periods that we are required to process your data in accordance with the legislation expire.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law to our Company by the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, personal data owners;
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
